I dont believe he should be payed any bonus on any one deal as it is his job .
In saying that bonuses should only be paid on performance basis over the year and approved by share holders.
I dont know has he recieved a bonus on that trade or not . i know it looks like someone did but this could have been passed on as a finders fee.
