I frequently watch fox business and im starting to see all the experts on their noting the compelling dividend at these share prices, and your estimate of say 5.10 is by no means unrealistic as it still makes for an impressive yield.

I think it may even fool many larger institutions who are being blinded by the trump effect and forgetting to go back to as you say TEXTBOOK STUFF
