* TSI India is now participating in NEW Bank tenders.

* TSI India will be using the recently awarded 200 E-Kiosk contract business model when negotiating with other Utlities/Bill Payment companies to offer NEW e-payment solutions.

* TSI India well advanced in negotiations with other identified companies in the e-transaction space. Potential for anything to drop at any time.

As for TSN opportunities, a number of meaningful discussion which are being pursued which management highlighted have the potential to INTEGRATE well with CURRENT business. Expansion of solutions across Australia, Asia and India.
