TSN or TSI, page-2

If you see page 1 of the report you will notice that Transaction Solutions International Limited (TSN) is referred to in the report as :TSI" or "The Group". The ATM business is owned by TSI India Private of which TSN or TSI (as its referred to in the report)is a minority shareholder. After we find out whether CX will pay up the 2nd tranche will know if TSI or TSN will own 25% of the ATM business or33% if CX doesn't pay the 2nd tranche.

Having said all that, I think TSN or Transaction Solutions International Limited should look at a name change because it is confusing to a lot of people. Transaction Solutions International is a long winded name for a company and a change may not be a bad thing.
