    Tony, any idea about the ipo/trade sale? Why would they bother with an australian roadshow pre trade sale or indian IPO?

    A few things not making sense to me at the moment. Do you mind sharing your thoughts?

    Was there any confidentiality agreement signed that prevents you from discussing the above or your thoughts on TSN buying a further stake in TSI?
