The events, or lack thereof, over the past week have definitely got me thinking.
Everyone seems to have there own take on what's happening and so do I.

There has been very little spoken about what was discussed at the roadshows which, for me, affirms something is going on.

I can't help but suspect another CR however I'm also wondering if it's a possibility that Cx and Tsn struck an initial deal where Tsn could buy back the 26% they strategically need at a capped price.

Gary seems to look well into the future so surely he would've seen this situation as a potential problem. Why work so diligently only to be left out? I can't imagine it would've been a concern for a capped sell price to be set for a portion the cx holdings. At the time their was no absolute certainty of success so a capped future sell price back to Tsn would still be profit right?

I'm probably wrong as it would've likely been shared with us a long time ago but it's just a thought. By all means correct me if I'm wrong.
