Make no mistake, CX Partners will ensure they make their money, they're not going to give it back cheap they will absolutely maximise their profit. At this stage, I cant see how TSN can get a higher ownership of TSI India without paying a lot for it, without finding a large funding source ie. debt or capital raising which would dilute further the shareholders and there is already a very big share base in place with approximately 2 billion shares in this company already.

Other than that, todays announcement was a good announcement but we still need to see revenues and profits emerge and that will happen in time. The problem is none of us really know that timeline.
