I agree re nothing tangible but I think the big intangible you have not mentioned is the relationship between Gary, Paul, Kumar and the other management team members. These guys seem to genuinely want to work together (as evidenced by TSI Management wanting to buy shares in TSN and already having options) and this is a huge intangible that makes TSN far more than just an investor. This is why I still believe that TSN will do all it can to regain control of TSI and that this will be supported by the TSI Management team.
