TSN- Spec Buy. Target 6-7cents, page-90

Until who ever is is that keeps on topping up 0.03 sell side ( currently 2.5M on offer ) this thing ain't going anywhere. If it is the C group they have a long way to go before they are out. Even if a positive announcement was released I don't think there would be any share price increase. Management of TSN need to address this asap , either find a buyer for the C group's entire holding or continue to have a depressed share price. Not a good look in my opinion especially if they are looking at enticing new investors.
