Qmpl, looks like you need to do some further homework here champ, the 10% placement capacity increase is for errrr a cap raise, not to take out Utilico (an existing shareholder, who just for the record paid 2.25+ for their entire holding of c280m which was obviously reduced to 165m before this XT occurred. Not sure where you get your research from but you probably need to call the company first before jumping to conclusions.

what if management arranged the XT and it went into the other Top 20, that would mean no substantial change for buyers unless they are over 5%?
