Apart from that,perhaps you should look at the history of this share. There is always a reason why a dog is a dog but perhaps the flea-bitten cur can turn into a poodle?.
It has been a very long time since there was any info that allows analysis,such as an MRE.or an NPV.
What kind of prospect is there here, because it is still a prospect and not a proposition.
