Zeff is a non-executive director at RCR, he earns bugger in fee's from that company and refer to the below extract from their prospectus. Does not state anywhere in the document Zeff has an active role in the management of RCR!!
Secondly, BPM? I must have missed something? Zeff has some kind of involvement there?
