I am enjoying the shakeout of week retail hands. The constant whining "why is sp declining, should i sell now to preserve my capital" is driving me batshit crazy. Maybe the preso released today is supporting a insto roadshow to pitch the project. Maybe a lot of instos cant invest until certain benchmarks hit i.e MRE, PFS.
