    Cel dropped from 28c to 20c where it traded there for 6+months. My boss holds alot of it and waited patiently thru the dip. Good ann after good ann it didnt move. A month ago it finally started to show life and steadily climbing without Ann's. I believe we will do the same, one day the switch will flick and away we go... my noob thoughts anyways
