I think the second article backs up many of the points that have been made by people here, a low AISC/ bulk resource in a good jurisdiction delivers a high EV/oz.
Whilst not everyone will agree with the figures I think they're a good place to start, and in the current market there may be an upside from here so I'll treat that as a bonus. Either way it shows TSO is definitely not over valued right now, we may be fair in some peoples eyes but once you do the reading like we all have, you become very comfortable. Gold is down across board today, but nothing we haven't seen before.
