I was actually adding to my holdings on Monday due due my earlier post, of course I would be averaging down as well in a losing investment.

The main issue with the current price is that if Hochtief did make a takeover they would only offer about a 20-30% premium on current price. There's also a 60c dividend coming that's about 3.5% yield. Might be a good one you'd think of the work in hand and potential future earnings.

I think there are a lot of investors scratching their head about this one, their track record is atrocious and not many willing to take a risk.
