All that has been offered for well over a decade. The free lanscaping came about because, would you bee keen to buy in an estate, even at your -40% discount you're waiting for, if the streets presented with dust bowls?
And even at -40% rock bargain prices, who would you build with? One offering just the house or one saving you the aircon, fridge, plasma etc etc etc etc .
Let's be fair with these arguments because it's comments like yours that clutch at straws.
