Not sure about EOS, but I thought that they were involved in traditional satellite launch, not reusable launches like SpaceX
Each launch SpaceX launches up to 150 shoe box size? synchronised fixed position low orbit satellites that will span the globe effectively creating the equivalent of a cell phone network beaming down not horizontally amongst building and such.
SpaceX is due to launch in Au later this year and costs about $800 for the arial and $140 per month.
First rollout is for rural areas and their website shows locations of ground stations,
