Just read the annual report and found that the CEO who was appointed on 23/03/11 was paid $413k in FY2011. I hope that 413k had included other payments he made prior to his appointment, otherwise, we could be paying over $1.5mil p.a. for this guy.
And sadly on page 12
2.2.2 Performance-linked Compensation.
The Company currently has no performance based remuneration built into key management personnel remuneration packages.
No wonder they don't care...
