Fishingandbeer, you may also want to ask have they sent out tenders for the supply and construction of the pipeline.

It would probably take about 1 month for the supply only.
As there are rolling cycles to consider, plus each length of pipe needs to be ultrasonically examined for flaws.

Not to mention all the other bits and pieces needed for production.

I would hope they leave it until the last minute to gather the cash needed. ie after the next well.

Maybe a 12 month interest free deal? :)
