AVM share price retreating from $22 high.

Am puzzled.
Informed people here on HC have indicated profits for last quarter will be uncreased.
Usually market anticipates profits about two weeks before activities report is released.
This is due to be released on Friday I believe.

The activities report has sufficient information to enable a close estimate of quarter profits - the financial report is released later in the following month.

As such we would expect AVM share price to be holding at recent high.

Perhaps the anticipated increase in profit has already been factored into share price?

Perhaps the anticipated profits will be subdued?

Hopefully the activities report will include new and positive information not factored into the share price.

Also - perhaps - institutions will extrapolate this quarter reports, factor in recent surge in copper price and revalue Anvil at a higher level in anticipation of a more significant profit announcement in just over three months time.

Whatever!
Anvil management have consistently released positive information in quarterly reports.
