I guess they can't finish the application until the name change is complete (SGM 23 Sept)
It wouldn't surprise me to see a capital raising in Canada to get some liquidity at the same time (noting the SGM resolutions to approve existing share issues)
Short answer - expect an announcement following the meeting on Friday.
