SLR's big strength (particularly for an Oz miner) is good grades and low cost per ounce. Even so, I'll be more comfortable when I see gold solidly over $1750 (with no more 5% one day drops thank you). I suspect part of the sell off last year was the fear gold may have peaked. As was said before though, the price held up very well in the past two days after the last POG plunge.
