This is an obvious move for ATV (and has been foreshadowed by them for sometime in some of their historical communications), not the least in order to investigate whether shareholder value can be enhanced (as per announcement).

All very logical, however appears to be relatively early days, although they must have a very good idea of what Haywood Securities can bring to the table. On that basis the expectation is that things are on track for mining, and with gold USD $200+ more than when they did their financial analysis recently, profitability continues to be enhanced.

Bottom line is they have the gold and will mine it. In the meantime filling in the spaces is now required (finance etc).

2010 is going to be a very interesting year for this company.

Patience is indeed a virtue.
