Not sure that's how it worked historically...from my limited reading of history (Plutonic etc) I'm not sure Joe won that one. Not to say he won't this time but let's just say there appears to be some 'history' between Joe & Ron.
I know which side of that ledger I would like to be on.
However then what do I know?
