OTC always has been and always will be lightly traded IMO... not really sure of the benefit of OTC for any Australian Cos.
TSXV I think the issue may also end up being a strength, I believe the majority of the raise went to 5-6 holders whom are behind CDS & Co (4-5 holders) and Roytor & Co (1 holder) which unless they start selling then there wont be liquidity on the TSXV in the short term.
Later as more shares are transferred to the TSX and potentially future raises occur more liquidity will appear on the TSXV and hopefully we have the ability for retail to drive some growth over time whilst retaining a solid core soph/insto holding like they have.
The other possibility is that those instos are transferring their holdings from TSX to ASX and selling into the liquidity we have here... if they are doing that they are doing so a significant hair cut.
