Who? Your guess is as good as mine, though I'd think Platinum and Regal are contenders, given the issues both have had in recent times (Platinum with under-performance and Regals with the ongoing ASIC investigation.) Does seem that buyers have their limits at low 30's and into the 29's and have bought up as much as is offered.
