Current S&P/ASX Index Methodology will preclude them being added on the grounds of negative EPS for two consecutive quarters. They also probably fall down at the liquidity hurdle which may be an ongoing issue give the register is so tightly held.

Index inclusion is only as good/useful as the products being derived using the Index, call it 'investability'. I'm sure a few of the ETF providers (Betashares, Blackrock, Vanguard, SSgA) will over time look to construct investible products (ETF's, managed funds) tracking this index.

If they meet the requirements over time, then absolutely, they will be included, of that I have little doubt. Good spot @moneyinmouth, like the thought process.
