Hi simplepunter,
Agree with you, IMO halving the share price from share consolidation, (Release Date: 10/01/20 11:39), then after imminent AGM, a 25% dilution for current shareholders to pay for a doubling of headcount feels wrong.

I did hope for better performance from the exceptional people at TTB in accordance with their stated Rule number 1: Compassion: we deeply understand and help every stakeholder.
IMO shareholders are stakeholders!
