Couple of speculative ideas:
1. Generate some interest with the appearance of higher volumes
2. Final tree shake of loose hands (although I don’t think there is much free float for retail on this one as it is)
3. Keeping share price low (potentially cheap shares in the event a CR comes)
4. Big holder trying to get out without impacting the SP (difficult to do so when there is such low liquidity on this as it is)
