Don't forget that in January TTB got a million bucks from the Australian government as an R&D tax incentive. Similarly in the current quarter TTB got 1.4 mil from US government. TTB got the same grant from the Oz government last year which showed up in the corresponding quarterly to the upcoming one. With that grant plus a few bits and pieces lump sums we had what was all but a cash flow neutral quarter. That must have impressed the market as the SP shot to the mid 60's before settling back.
If TTB can pull together just a couple of decent new customers then maybe this quarterly and the next will show little cash burn. That may be the encouragement the market needs. The one thing that is bugging me just a bit though is that we are coming up to two years since the GRIT field test and still no word of a contract for even a modest roll out. I have no doubt about TTB's and IBM's commitment to GRIT but I can't help but wonder if the VA isn't a little bit lukewarm on the issue.
