Trying to connect the dots ........ I checked out Matt Burgess' profile on Linkedin. He is CEO of Hampton's Life.

In brief, Burgess has a long career history through the sports industries including as CEO of a Rugby business (APAC Rugby who owns Loyals Rugby) in the USA which owns a couple of franchises. He was with the World Surf League for 13 years in a variety of senior executive positions, including Associate General Counsel and Head of Sports Integrity.

The owner is Adam Gilchrist retired Australian and international cricketer turned business entrepreneur.
Gilchrist owns F45 fitness internationally which has been a huge success. In 2020 he was planning to IPO F45 on the NASDAQ. Covid caused him to not seek to go to the public markets.
Gilchrist has substantial property interests with a portfolio in the multi-millions and is involved in various businesses.
