Well this makes sense. I have been googling around F45. It would seem that they are keen not to become another "fitness fad". So they are looking for new ways to be relevant to their customer base. They are tapping into "Functional fitness" as a broad concept. For instance there are reports they are looking to acquire True Protein which, as the name suggests, is a nutritional supplement company.
Here is a quote from F45's chief marketing officer: "It is about tapping into the many broad definitions around “functional fitness” and finding verticals the group can expand into that helps consumers meet their personal goals around the broader concept" ........would Hampton's Life House be one such vertical?? It certainly sounds like it fits into their strategy.
