As part of the expansion, F45 has said it is actively pursuing partnerships with major universities and hospitality operations, corporations and military facilities and advancing concepts for older athletes such as Malibu Crew or Avalon House for men and women over 50 respectively. Newscorp media.

This Adam Gilchrist guy, who we understand to be backing Hamptons Life, has in the past 9 months done promo agreements with Cindy Crawford, Magic Johnson and our own Greg Norman. All in the public domain. Importantly the Agreements cover all F45 owned and affiliated companies.

What this means for TTB, is anyone's guess, however it's now beyond doubt that Hampton's Life is a well funded entity backed by a guy (Gilchrist) who clearly has ambitions greater than simply franchised gyms. Magic Johnson has had well documented health issues since being diagnosed HIV in the 90's, and has gone on since to be a respected and v. successful businessman who talks often about overcoming what some would see as insurmountable challenges.
