    I have received my offer and have done some calculations.
    If the options are worth 52c when exercisable in 12 months and if I choose to sell them I get my New Shares (the 1:7 offer) effectively FREE of COST. That represents a nice bundle of shares (which will have doubled in value) for no cost.
    And I expect it will based on what we know.
