The vast majority of selling has come from two brokers; Instinet Nomura & Morgan Stanley.

I've been watching the data almost daily and the main notable things from these two are below:

    Instinet Nomura
18/6/21-12/7/21 Small sporadic sells every fell days.
21/7/21- 6/8/21 Heavy sells daily to offload, have not seen any selling since. It is worth noting that this selling started on the day the Capital Raise was announced. This period saw a heavy fall in price.

    Morgan Stanley
    23/6/21-1/7/21 Tiny daily sells
    13/7/21 One tiny sell
    23/7/21-12/8/21 Very heavy daily selling

There were no sells by Morgan Stanley on Friday 13/8/21, so it is possible they are finished. However, further selling since then fits into the same pattern as how they have been selling previously, so I am predicting it is still them (who knows, Morgan Stanley may be the suspicious type?).

It is highly likely that they are selling heavily on market to buy back in the Capital Raise. Including the free options, the average price per share is .173, so even though selling at a price of .250 seems ridiculously low, they're able to secure them back for a far lower price. It's likely they're effectively swapping long term holdings and I'm doubtful that these will be dumped on Monday when shares are released to market, but we will see.
