I am bit surprised that SP has declined when the news is already due. Was expecting market support from the broker or the major shareholders for the existing shareholders to take their entitlement offer.

Investors who followed this company for a long time can share their insights.

The big clients and partnerships usually do not come on board if they don't see long term financial viability of this company.
