Not sure why you would be sceptical, isn’t there something called disclosure rules? TTB have been very transparent, probably too transparent, to give the market precise indications on timing / progress of known opportunities like IBM/Hamptons etc.

I wouldn’t necessarily say IBM have kept quiet either - they’re all high-fiving each other in this post:

IBM or VA wont announce something until GRIT has been deployed. I believe it was mentioned at the last conference call that the period of deployment from the contract award date was 90 days. This was also the case for the field test back in 2019 - the contract was awarded in June and IBM / VA didn’t announce anything until August.
