Joe007, my take on this is management won't accept a takeover (unless the price is impossibly ridiculous which is really unlikely) but that's just a guess more than anything and base on when these guys were at MAD. Past actions is never an indicator of the future.
Seeing the SP tank is strange. someone is dumping a massive amount of shares these past few days.
