    On 2 May 2015, the Company forged a strategic relationship with Encore Drilling LLC managed by Mr Don Henrich. The Company issued 45,000,000 Shares to Mr Henrich and his nominees which were subject to a voluntary escrow to 30 October 2015. Pursuant to Listing Rule 3.10A, the Company advises that these securities will be released from escrow on 30 October 2015.
