I have a theory.
Considering how much the directors are buying, could they be definitely prepping up for a takeover? It makes sense that if AWE puts in a bid, they want to obviously (a)make sure they hold a significant amount of stock to influence the decision and (b)profit out of this deal.
Just my 2 cents.
