One company I invested in some years ago, a director made a loan to the company like TTE has, and in the end, the director bought out the company for a pittance...
We lost money on that company...so I'm always wary now of when a director lends money to the company what their real reason is...
I hope I'm wrong and will be pleasantly surprised is so but once bitten...
