Fulham, a lot can happen in 3 months. IF you like TTE but are worried about getting stuck with the oppies, why not buy a small amount of oppies which you can convert if need be? Just a thought. Brokerage is cheap so we can consider smaller parcels than we'd normally buy if we want to manage risk more carefully imo.
