A bit of a late reply but where do you get "Titan no longer has any debt concerns" ? I thought they had $12.5 million to GE which was paid off with the sale of Hofco, but then still had about $XXX million due to RWH owing as 'outstanding invoices'? Liabilities were 15 million at 1/2 yearly.
Can someone shed light on what the deal is with RWH - how much is predicted to be owing? " Any amounts owing to that supplier after 31 August 2015, may be settled with the issue of ordinary shares (at the suppliers election) at the 5 day volume weighted average share price."
