Given that all Supreme Court judges can be said to know that Victorians are shortly to go to the polls....it cannot have escaped any of them that a finding against the government of $1 billion will knock a hole in either the ALPs promises to the people of Victoria or the promises of the Lib/nationals.

Why then are their honours not giving their judgements one way or the other..for or against.

Imagine the angst the ALP wins and they are slapped with a $1 billion bill.

The wow factor of a win and NO bill at all.
But
In allowing judicial luxury of inaction not only brings discredit to Justice but allows Politicians to behave as though they are honest men, making promises that common sense says can only be 50 50 delivered upon at best..in other words..a half truth is alie, by any definition..and this time that lie is sanctioned and vouched safe by non other that 3 Supreme Court Appeal judges.

Lie your heads of boys...its ok. ((this is justice in Victoria))

Its time a limit for bringing down judgements was imposed on all judges, to prevent this sort of thing.
