    There is something very fishy going on.

    Why no mention of 2020 AGM? I always thought most Public Companies usually have their AGM's at roughly same time each year? For Titomic, it has always been late Nov/early Dec.

    They cannot use Covid-19 as an excuse. It hasn't stopped other Companies. Quite a few are doing it online as well.
