It's pretty poor form if they dont come up with some sort of monetary announcement. We have heard about golf, bikes, pipes, naval, aerospace, military, planes, blah blah blah.. its hightime they kick some (albeit small) goals to save abit of face in my oppinion...

the pipe contract to me seems the most logical. Less hoops to jump through, prove the concept, implement the part and provide evidence that it works..

lets face it, i can only see maybe 20% of their mous actually instantiating to anything.. until they prove this works and actually saves people money or improves on an existing concept.
