Not that any of what you say has anything to do with TTT, but I suspect that anyone who invests in a company that they did not innovate into existence, did not build up and finance, do not work for, and make no practical contribution towards other than to buy their shares is technically a herd follower. So that makes you a follower of the TTT herd too. Congratulations. It's nice to be part of a successful business. Or should I say part of a business that is likely to become a very successful business as soon as its plans come to fruition. I say likely because until the facts are past tense they are still just probabilities. But as a recently retired scientific consultant, and as a herd follower, I tend to trust people who are able to convince me they know what they are talking about, especially in their technical specialisation. CSIRO and TTT are two of those organisations where I tend to trust their work and their judgement. And their marketing prowess too I think. But we'll have to see about that. Those "facts" are still futures at this point in time.

But you really don't think you might be part of another herd that is renowned for refusing to see the wood for the trees? The herd that has to dig very, very deep indeed to find a point of view that agrees with its own? Just because an overwhelming majority of people with the necessary scientific training to understand something like climate change have investigated all the available facts, and then gone looking for more, and made actual measurements of real effects that anyone can check, you think that the consensus they all share makes them a herd, with no ability to think for themselves? And that makes them wrong? In science that trust of other qualified people's work is called collaboration.

If you want a bit of deep digging you might like to check these ones out for credibility:

1988 Internal Shell Report "The Greenhouse Effect"

Is that digging deep enough for you? I apologise in advance that they are not on Fox News.
