But more importantly..........
Does TTT have to do a CR everytime they have to build a new Bureau somewhere? Remember, that was what the last $7m CR was for last year ! To build a Bureau in the U.S.
If they do, then imo this Company is finished because the Business Model is not sustainable.
The only hope for them is a JV or complete take over.
