    I see your point. When you close a trade and SP keeps going up afterwards, often the psychological pressure doesn't let you jump back in easily. I personally try to see the trades as individual unrelated transactions, and so I don't mind jumping back in at a higher price. But, I guess that also depends on your trading timeframe. Overall, I agree when you say you need to keep a foot in the stocks you believe in. That way, you don't feel you are missing out.

    I personally split my capital. Keep some as long term investment, and some for trading and/or correcting my entry price; and only trade the stock that I am already invested in.

    Don't remind me of BIG, I lost big on that one.
